Intuitive Reading

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of the Intuitive Reading, Intuitive Reading + in-depth session and Intuitive Reading + Solar Return services (collectively, “Intuitive Reading”) by Filipa Osório to clients who purchase them through the website or another designated channel.

By paying for any of these formats, the client accepts the terms set out here.

2. Nature of the service

Intuitive Reading is a spiritual and interpretive practice of self-knowledge. It uses the birth chart as a symbolic language to explore the moment and the theme the client shares, offering perspectives, questions and practical suggestions.

Intuitive Reading:

is not a prediction of the future and does not determine events;
is not a diagnosis or medical, psychological, legal or financial advice;
does not replace psychological, psychiatric or medical support;
does not guarantee specific personal, professional or financial outcomes.

What is presented in the Reading and in the session is intended to support the client’s own reflection. Decisions, and how they are put into practice, always remain the client’s responsibility.

3. Formats, service description and process

Once payment has been confirmed, the client sends the information needed for the Reading: date, time and place of birth, and what they are going through or the theme they want to bring. If the client does not know their time of birth, they should speak with Filipa Osório before purchasing.

3.1 Intuitive Reading

a personalized Reading of the client’s birth chart, guided by the theme and context they share;
a symbolic story connected to the client’s moment, as a complement to the Reading;
an audio recording, made by Filipa Osório, for the client to listen to in their own time.

The Reading is delivered within 14 business days of confirmation of payment and receipt of all the necessary information. The base Reading is recorded and does not include a live meeting. The service is considered fully performed once the audio has been delivered.

3.2 Intuitive Reading + in-depth session

Includes everything described in 3.1 and, after the Reading has been delivered, a one-to-one online session with Filipa Osório to go deeper into the themes the client recognized, work on the relevant beliefs and, if the client wishes, explore their Human Design chart in more depth. The session is scheduled after the Reading has been delivered. This format is considered complete once the session has taken place.

3.3 Intuitive Reading + Solar Return

Includes everything described in 3.1 and an additional audio Reading dedicated to the client’s yearly cycle (Solar Return), related to their birth chart and the moment they are living. Both Readings are delivered within the timeframe set out in 3.1. This format is considered complete once both Readings have been delivered.

4. Pricing and payment

Intuitive Reading: €147.
Intuitive Reading + in-depth session: €247.
Intuitive Reading + Solar Return: €247.

Payment is made through Stripe, using the purchase button on the website, or by another method indicated by Filipa Osório when in direct contact with the client (bank transfer or MB Way). Payment is made in full and in advance.

The prices shown are final. VAT does not currently apply to the services provided. The applicable price is the price in effect at the time of payment.

Once payment has been confirmed, the corresponding invoice or invoice-receipt is issued in accordance with applicable Portuguese tax legislation and sent to the email address provided by the client.

5. Rescheduling the in-depth session

The client may reschedule the session up to 72 hours before the scheduled time at no cost.
With less than 72 hours’ notice, or in the event of a missed session without notice, rescheduling costs €30. The new date is only booked once that payment has been confirmed.
If the rescheduling fee is not paid within 30 days of the request or of the missed session, the session is deemed to have taken place, with no refund.
Filipa Osório applies the same standard of flexibility to herself: if she needs to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, she will give as much notice as possible, at no cost to the client.

6. Right of withdrawal and refunds

Under Portuguese Decree-Law No. 24/2014, a client acting as a consumer generally has 14 days to withdraw from a service contract concluded at a distance.

Before sending the information: as long as the client has not sent their birth details and theme, they may withdraw within that 14-day period and receive a full refund of the amount paid.
After sending the information: the Intuitive Reading is a fully personalized service, and its preparation begins as soon as Filipa Osório receives the information. By sending it, the client expressly requests that the service begin immediately and acknowledges that, from that moment on, no refund is available for any of the formats.

7. Confidentiality

All information shared by the client, including their birth details and anything they share about their life, is treated as confidential. Filipa Osório does not share information that identifies the client with third parties, except where required by law or by an order from a competent authority.

Filipa Osório may share comments or messages from the client as testimonials anonymously, without the client’s name or voice and without details that could identify them, on the website or in other promotional materials. Using the client’s name, voice (audio) or image always requires specific consent, requested separately, identifying the content and the channels on which it will be published.

The client may decline without affecting the service, object to anonymous use and withdraw consent at any time by emailing mail@filipaosorio.com. Following withdrawal or objection, the content will no longer be used in new materials and will be removed from the website.

8. Intellectual property

The audio delivered to the client is for the client’s personal use and may not be published, shared publicly or used commercially.
The methodology, structure, materials and content used in Intuitive Reading are the property of Filipa Osório and may not be reproduced, distributed or used commercially by third parties without written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

Filipa Osório undertakes to provide the service professionally and with care, but does not guarantee specific outcomes, as these depend on factors beyond her control, including the client’s own decisions and actions.

Filipa Osório is not liable for decisions made by the client based on what they heard in the Reading or worked on in the session, or for the consequences of those decisions.

10. Personal data protection

Personal data collected, including date, time and place of birth and the information shared for the Reading, is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Filipa Osório’s Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these Terms

Filipa Osório reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The applicable version is the one in effect at the time of payment.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes fall within the jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district in which Filipa Osório is domiciled, without prejudice to the client’s rights, as a consumer, to use alternative dispute resolution mechanisms for consumer disputes.
